Supreme Court of Canada

If you somehow make it to the Federal Court of Appeal, and are dissatisfied with the Court's decision, you can apply for leave to appeal to the highest court in the land, the Supreme Court of Canada.

It is rare that someone is granted leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada. You will only be granted leave if the Court feels your case is of national importance. Consult a lawyer, experienced in CPP disability appeals, to determine if your case is of national importance.
