Auto Insurance Minor Injury $2,500 Cap
In November 2003, the Tory Government created regulations that put a limit on an injured person's compensation for pain and suffering resulting from a car accident. The limit is $2,500. These Reguations are commonly referred to as the "Minor Injury Reguations" or and the $2,500 limit is often called the "Minor Injury Cap".
